Deployment Manager

Our client is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the deployment, implementation, and dropship operations of secure payment solutions across North America. This role oversees operational execution, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure deployments and fulfillment activities are completed efficiently and at a high level of quality. The Deployment Manager will anticipate challenges, mobilize internal teams, and maintain progress in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of deployment professionals, promoting accountability, engagement, and strong performance.
• Establish clear priorities, expectations, and operational workflows that support efficient execution.
• Coordinate deployment, implementation, and dropship activities for payment solutions across North America.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and operational coordination to keep projects moving forward.
• Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and proactively address issues that could affect delivery.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Promote ownership, urgency, continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional growth across the team.
