Job Summary IT Deployment and Testing Technician

- Deploy and configure computers, peripherals, printers, and related hardware in clinical and administrative environments.
- Install and configure required software and ensure all systems adhere to organizational standards and security policies.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues; escalate complex problems to IT support as needed.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of devices, focusing on readiness for Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) and validating Epic workflow functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deployments, configurations, testing results, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to schedule installations and testing while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Provide user guidance and basic training on newly deployed devices and systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to deployment progress updates and post-deployment evaluations.

- Full-time position; may require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs.
