SCOPE OF WORK: Assists the ApprenticeshipNH SAEF Grant team in the support and coordination of the Community College System of NH’s (CCSNH) efforts to build Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Performs various administrative and technical duties such as coordinating outreach, assisting with event planning, tracking program materials and data, and conducting research. This position reports to the SAEF Grant Manager.Grant funded through June 30, 2029 (position is contingent upon renewed grant funding by the terms outlined by contract through June 30, 2030).
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma, G.E.D. or its equivalent. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience: Three years' experience in a responsible clerical position, including administrative support preferably with career coaching or workforce development services.
Preferred Qualification(s):
Ability to provide administrative support to promote career development and training in programs in education, social science, business, or registered apprenticeship programs. Demonstrate experience providing administrative support for community engagement events and skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, outlook).
License/Certification: Valid driver's license, or access to transportation for statewide travel.

Must be willing to maintain appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by CCSNH.
