    Primary Responsibilities
    • Support day-to-day TPM operations for the non-SSD group.
    • Track databases, inventory, shipments, hardware builds, and purchase orders.
    • Coordinate with vendors and manage product/material orders (including Ariba).
    • Maintain board/component identification and shipment accuracy.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings with teams in the US, India, and Singapore.
    • Support product board development and test infrastructure activities.
     Top Required Skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel).
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
     Preferred Experience
    • Supply planning, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
    • Semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
    • Experience with shipment tracking, database management, and material coordination.
    • Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/order management tools.
    • Basic understanding of electronic components, assemblies, and board identification (no deep technical engineering knowledge required).
     Education & Experience
    • High school diploma plus relevant experience required.
    • Associate degree preferred.
    • Approximately 1-2 years of related experience ideal.
    • Entry-level candidates with applicable supply chain/logistics experience may be considered.

     Description:
    • Are you prepared to join a team focused on greatness? As a part of the SSD Technical Program Manager (TPM) team of the SSD engineering group you will enable and support the SSD product development teams to deliver programs on schedule and to specification with high quality.
    • As a planner in the Technical Program Manager team, you will work closely with the Technical Program Manager responsible for delivery of non-SSD HW. Non-SSD HW includes internally designed HW to support test bed infrastructure. In this position you must collaborate effectively with the global TPMs and the Product Development Teams receiving the HW. This position will focus on the logistical side of the HW ordering and delivery.
     Job requirements and deliverables include but are not limited to: 
    • Create Purchase Orders (POs) for non-SSD HW and track through to delivery to external partners.
    • Manage shipments to the worldwide SSD teams.
    • Assist in material inventory assessment.
    • Collaborate with external kitting and assembly houses as needed.
    • Track drive build plan usage post-delivery into development teams.
    • Assist in non-SSD HW budget adherence and reporting. 
    • Support TPM team on assigned logistical tasks, as needed.
     Minimum qualifications: 
    • 1-3 years or equivalent experience in electronic/semiconductor industry
    • Knowledge of electronic assembly process is a plus 
    • Strong collaboration skills
    • Demonstrated successful work with internal and external teams 
    • Strong verbal, written and collaboration communications skills 
    • Demonstrated quick learning in new situations with high level of self-motivation, passion and dedication 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and SharePoint
    • Knowledge of Ariba is a plus
