    The

    Mentor

    will

    support

    communication

    and

    alignment

    within

    the

    department.

    This

    role

    involves

    mentoring

    new

    teachers

    within

    the

    department,

    monitoring

    and

    maintaining

    alignment

    of

    campus

    initiatives,

    goals,

    and

    communication

    within

    the

    department.

    The

    Department

    Mentor

    will

    receive

    leadership

    support

    from

    the

    Instructional

    Facilitator

    and

    report

    to

    the

    Assistant

    Principal/Principal.

    Minimum

    Qualications:

    Content-based

    certications

    years
