Griffin Ace Hardware - Immediate Retail Department Manager Position available

Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and helping people with their home improvement projects?

Griffin Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. As part of our community, you'll be working in a fun and fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to learn valuable retail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding products for their home improvement projects
• Manage a department
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist on the cash registers for back-up as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work with customers throughout the store (Paint, Plumbing, Hardware, Garden, Tools, BBQ, Housewares, Electrical)

Requirements:

• No education requirements
• Full-time schedule
• Overall general knowledge and/or experience in HOUSEHOLD hardware, garden, paint, plumbing.
• Full-time position requires being available to work all hours the store is open (Monday-Saturday 8am to 7pm; Sunday 9am-6pm)
