Department Manager II

As the Department Manager II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Terracon's geophysics division. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and guide the Group and Department Managers, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment. • Manage and mentor Group and Department Managers, providing leadership and support for effective team management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in geophysics, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and success.
• In-depth knowledge of geophysical principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
