    Highlights of your role:

    Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care center. The DON ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and efficient clinical operations.

    Job Details:
    Location: Roseau
    Shift: Day shift
    Job Schedule: M-F
    Hours: 40 Hours/week
    FTE: 1.0
    Weekend: No
    Holidays: No
    Pay: $52.02 min - $78.02 hourly/ max

     

    What you’ll get to do in this role:

    Supervising and evaluating nursing staff

    Overseeing department budgets

    Employee engagement

    Communicating with providers, residents and family members

    Help recruit and retain staff

    Vision for improving policies and best practices

    Demonstrates commitment and personal growth

    Supports and communicates with all department to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents

    Coaching and counseling nursing staff on work related performances

     

     

    You’re an excellent fit, if you have:

    • An active MN RN license 
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus. 
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
    • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, OBRA guidelines, and state long-term care requirements.
    • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems.
