Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field plus four (4) years of experience in business, finance, or administration required.
Responsibilities:
Manage the departmental scheduling platform (Qgenda), including working with the vendor on custom report creation, beta testing, report validation, data integrity, and system optimization.
Administer payroll processes, including timesheet processing, leave balance monitoring, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
Build and maintain complex Excel workbooks and formulas to track schedules, payroll data, and productivity, requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Facilitate meetings, complete forms and reports, and clearly communicate scheduling, payroll, and policy information to faculty, staff, and leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external entities, and support the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Perform a wide range of additional duties as needed to support departmental operations and leadership priorities.
Coordinate departmental projects, support implementation, and monitor quality assurance metrics to ensure ongoing process improvement.
Assist in budget management by monitoring expenditures, reconciling reports, processing invoices, managing inventory, coding expenses, and preparing documentation to explain variances or identify savings.
Provide backup to department Administrative Coordinators in assisting with procurement and travel duties, as well as facilitating department grand rounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
