    Location: West Chester

    Address: 7421 Kingsgate Way, West Chester, OH 45069

    Full-Time

    Schedule:

    Monday – Thursday (4-day work week)

    No nights or weekends

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Sign-on bonus available
    • 6-month guaranteed base salary

    We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in West Chester, Ohio.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and surgical dental care
    • Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
    • Deliver preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures
    • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
    • Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

    Qualifications:

    • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
    • Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
    • Open to all experience levels
    • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
    • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
    • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
    • Proficiency with modern dental technology and willingness to continue learning
