    We are a long-established, family-owned dental practice in the Great Kills neighborhood of Staten Island, NY, and we are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. Our practice is known for its warm, personal approach and our loyal patient base, many of whom have trusted us with their care for years. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career dentist looking for mentorship, stability, and a supportive clinical environment.

    About the Role

    As our General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in a practice that values quality, integrity, and long-term relationships. You’ll step into a fully staffed, well-run environment with experienced assistants, hygienists, and front-office personnel. All equipment, materials, and systems are already in place, allowing you to focus fully on patient care.

    Ideal Candidate

    • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and an active New York dental license (or eligibility)

    • Motivated to build long-term relationships with patients and become part of the community

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, fillings, crowns, preventive care, and treatment planning

    • Deliver a warm, personalized experience aligned with our family-practice culture

    • Communicate clearly with patients to educate and discuss treatment options

    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records

    • Collaborate closely with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff

    Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
