What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license in good standing
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient-interaction skills
- Comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry
- Ability to work well with a team
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate personality
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
- New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship is available for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients
- Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and restorative procedures
- Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office staff
- Provide a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
- Follow all applicable OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas dental regulations
