Provides dental services. Establishes, implements, and operates a prosthodontic program. Is responsible for incorporating prosthodontics in SEARHC communities depending upon size, equipment available, and need. Is responsible for researching prosthodontic equipment and making recommendations. Is responsible for researching dental supplies needed and working toward standardization.

Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
Provides dental services as needed and requested by the Director of Dental Services
Plans, implements, and operates a Prosthodontics Program at SEARHC
Assesses program-wide prosthodontics needs, types of procedures to offer (C&B, CD, RPD, implants), and equipment and materials needed at all clinics.
Evaluates business opportunities: cost to provide care vs. fees and demand; evaluates fee schedule.
Recruits and hires Prosthodontist or establishes contract(s) with Intermittent Prosthodontist(s) to cover business needs.
Develops master plan/schedule for Prosthodontics services in villages.
Ensures that the partially edentulous, high caries risk patients receiving prosthodontic services are followed for preventative services according to high-risk protocol.
Evaluates grant opportunities, fee schedule, village travels, new equipment CAD/CAM Machines, labs, supplies, volunteer clinics, resident rotations, and recruitment.
Sets up and coordinates prosthodontic field trip schedule.
Provides services to the remote communities as needed.
Performs additional duties assigned by Director of Dental Services or other proper authority.
