General Dentist Opportunity Minnesota
Full-Time | Procedure-Heavy Practice | Up to $260,000 Base + Production

Position Highlights

  • Full-time General Dentistry opportunity
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling with a 4-day work week option available
  • No after-hours call
  • Opportunity to participate in optional community outreach on Fridays
  • Modern practice utilizing the Ascend electronic dental record system

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $260,000
  • Or greater earnings through a competitive collections-based compensation model
  • Signing bonus

  • Supported by an experienced clinical team, including:
    • Two full-time dental hygienists
    • CRNA support
    • Dedicated front office and clinical staff

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient-centered care philosophy
  • New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in expanding clinical skills through mentorship and in-house training
