    Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This position offers a consistent 4-day work week with 32–34 clinical hours, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. You’ll be working alongside experienced dental professionals and supported by a skilled clinical and administrative team.

     

     

    Job Responsibilities:

     

    · Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages

    · Diagnose and treat dental issues with a focus on preventative care

    · Develop and communicate effective treatment plans

    · Maintain accurate patient records and charts

    · Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

    · Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism

     

     

    Requirements:

     

     

    Certificate/License: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice dentistry in the state of Illinois.

     

    · Strong clinical skills in general dentistry

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuing education
