Location Details: Hillsdale, Mi. The area is centrally located within approximately 1 hour of Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, Fort Wayne, Toledo, and Lansing. It is approximately 1/2 hour from Adrian and Jackson, with Detroit approximately 2 hours away.

Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dentist to join our client's practice in Hillsdale. As a Dentist there, you will provide comprehensive dental care to our patients and play a vital role in maintaining their oral health. Our clients are located in a central area, making it convenient for both our patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide a wide range of dental treatments, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed Dentist in the state of Michigan.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to providing high-quality dental care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The Dentist will receive a competitive salary of $150,000 until production goals are met, at which point a production-based bonus of 33% of production revenue will be applied.
• Tax services will be provided as needed to assist with financial planning.
• Health insurance coverage will be provided.
