    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated dentist to join our client's private office.  They have a busy patient base already established as well as a lot of new patients each month.  

    This is a modern office with a wonderful and tenured team of assistants, hygienists and front desk. It is also a FFS and PPO office, with no HMOs and no Medicaid. They are seeking a full time dentist ideally but part time will be considered as well. No nights and no weekends are required.

    General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist is proficient in advanced procedures, that is a plus but not required. They have all state of the art equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
    • Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
    • Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures with precision.
    • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
    • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
    • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in using dental software
    • Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
    • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
    • Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in diagnostics.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation and treatment planning.
