    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's reputable & private dental office. They are needing a dentist who can work 4 days per week and who has at least 5 years of experience, as this is a busy office.

    The current associate is moving soon so there is already a busy patient base already developed. They also have a healthy flow of new patients each month. This is a modern office with a wonderful staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk. It is also a FFS and PPO office, with no HMOs and no Medicaid. They are seeking a full time dentist ideally. No nights and no weekends are required.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
    • Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, crown & bridge, a fair amount of endo and some surgical extractions.
    • If proficient in molar endo and implants that is a plus but it is not required.
    • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

    Skills

    • 5+ years of experience as a dentist.
    • Proven track record of 75K-100K per month in production
    • Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
    • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
    • Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in diagnostics.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation and treatment planning.
