Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Rome, GA. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $200K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
- 30% production in year two
- $15K sign-on bonus
- Full benefits + malpractice, DEA, and dues covered
- $2,500 CE allowance + in-house CE

Rome, GA – Northwest Georgia with scenic landscapes and strong community feel
- South: Atlanta, GA – ~70 miles
- North: Chattanooga, TN – ~70 miles
- East: Cartersville, GA – ~25 miles
- West: Gadsden, AL – ~60 miles
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD
- Georgia license (or in process)
- CPR/BLS
- Strong communication and team mindset
