Blue Jay Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our clients excellent practice in Harrisburg, PA, on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our client has a highly profitable FFS and PPO practice, offering excellent earning potential and a supportive work environment.

About the Practice:

• In business for over 30 years
• Drs. in practice: 3 | Hygienists: 8
• Total chairs: 14
• Practice annual revenue: $4.2M
• 80% PPO, 20% FFS patient base
• Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch intraoral camera, etc.)
• Specialty work done in office: Invisalign & implants
• Average new patients/month: 20-30
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time available

Compensation:

• Salary range between $200K - $350K, based on experience and collections
• Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
• CE allowance
• Malpractice insurance coverage

• At least 2 years of clinical experience required
• Current active dental license in PA, in good standing
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, with a focus on prevention
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
