Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Ellisville, MS. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $205K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
- 31% production in year two
- $20K sign-on bonus

Ellisville, MS – Southeast Mississippi with small-town charm and central access to major cities
- North: Jackson, MS – ~90 miles
- South: Gulfport, MS – ~90 miles
- East: Mobile, AL – ~100 miles
- West: Hattiesburg, MS – ~25 miles
