Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a well-established, high-volume practice in Hixson (Chattanooga), TN. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist looking to step into a productive environment with strong support while continuing to grow clinically and financially.

Blue Jay Dental has a client that offers a professionally managed, well-supported practice environment where dentists can focus entirely on clinical care. With the business and administrative side handled, providers enjoy full clinical autonomy along with strong patient flow, modern technology, and the opportunity to grow into higher-producing procedures.

Highlights:

• Full-time schedule – 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Daily guarantee or percentage (whichever is higher)
