Private Practice is Seeking Associate Dentist For their Woodland Park, CO location. We are 28 minutes from Colorado Springs. 

PPO, FFS with Medicaid.  Productive practice with a strong earning potential of over 310K.Plus We provide all General Dentistry and cosmetics. Implant placement a plus but not required. Scanners: Panda, CBCT. Can work independently, solo practice.
This position would be 1099, you could schedule yourself off when needed. More flexibility with your time. We can offer a Sep health plan to assist you with health insurance as well as CE contribution a year.

Days and Hours
Monday – Thursday 8-5
Compensation:
 30% Collection (Collection ratio 98%)
Daily guarantee: 750 for 90 days
 Job Duties
Determine requirements by working with patients
Perform examination to assess patient needs
Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed
Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care
Can work Independently

Qualifications:
Colorado Dental License or in process
1 year or more of experience.
