- Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) during the first six months

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, crowns, and preventive care
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide outstanding patient experiences
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active California Dental License (or eligibility)
- 3–5+ years of clinical experience
- Strong treatment planning and comprehensive dentistry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-focused care
