    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's reputable office. They would consider an associate for full time or part time, depending on preference. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure patient satisfaction. This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and fostering a positive patient experience.

    This is a very modern state of the art practice. Itero, CBCT. They can offer excellent mentoring and collaboration. They also do not accept any capitation and they have a wonderful staff.

    Duties

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Perform a range of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and endodontic treatments.
    • Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
    • Maintain accurate medical documentation ..
    • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
    • Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
    • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient care.
    • Stay current with dental terminology and advancements in the field.

    Requirements

    • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
    • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
    • Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and familiarity with medical documentation practices.
    • Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar dental software is preferred.
    • Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control standards, and aseptic techniques.
    • Strong patient assessment skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in dentistry.
