Description

Are you passionate about serving your community while practicing dentistry in a supportive, collaborative environment? Star Community Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) affiliated with St. Luke's University Health Network, is seeking General Dentists to join our growing team in Allentown and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

The full-time General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients across the communities served by Star Community Health. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Star Community Health is affiliated with the St. Luke's Dental Medicine Residency Program, which is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA). Our dentists, residents, and faculty work together to deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth, teaching, scholarship, and lifelong learning. Teaching opportunities are available, but this position does not require resident supervision or preceptor responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Eligible for unrestricted licensure to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania
  • Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Nitrous Oxide (Conscious Sedation) permit preferred
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Founded in 2019 and affiliated with St. Luke's University Health Network, Star Community Health provides dental care across a variety of clinical settings. Our dentists practice in three modern dental offices, four mobile dental units, and the operating rooms at St. Luke's University Hospital.

Our three dental offices feature state-of-the-art technology and 21 modern operatories. Our new mobile dental units further expand access to care by bringing high-quality dental services directly to schools and communities throughout the region.
