What will you be doing?
Create and present treatment plans
Follow up outstanding insurance payments
Assist in insurance verifications / insurance coordination
Ensure the schedule structure and goal is maintained
Answer calls, texts and emails
Schedule appointments, collect payments, enter payments
Communicate with other dental offices that refer patients
Assist in other secretarial tasks (using excel, etc.)
Communicate with vendors some times re: materials/equipment, etc.
Assist in buying materials, mailing documents, etc.
Assist in marketing strategies
Assist in documentation

What are we looking for?
Excellent communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)
Basic mathematical skills
Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and detailed oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc.

A motivated individual who brings professionalism, positive energy
Top-notch customer service skills
Familiarity with compliance of HIPPA, OSHA and infection control regulations
