About the Role:Warren County Dental Center is looking for a motivated and friendly Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Washington, NJ! In this key patient-facing role, you'll be the bridge between our clinical team and our patients — helping people understand their treatment options and guiding them toward healthier smiles.
Responsibilities:- Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow up on pending treatment to ensure continuity of care
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients in maximizing their coverage
- Discuss financial options, payment plans, and third-party financing to help patients move forward with treatment
- Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical dental team
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in the practice management system
- Support front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and phone inquiries as needed
Requirements:- Previous dental office or treatment coordination experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance verification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to discuss financial arrangements and close treatment plans with confidence
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, or similar)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care
