We are in search of a dynamic Dental Treatment Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient's dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule: You'll be thrilled to know we work a 4 day week and NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday OFF

Responsibilities

Our Dental Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
• Educate patients on their benefits and how to maximize those benefits in an easy to follow way.
• Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on claims and ensure collections.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Process and complete claim forms.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of working in a dental office
• Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with presenting Dental Treatment Plans
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix
• Strong knowledge of Dental operations
