Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator in Raleigh, NC, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. This position is for a Family-owned Private, Orthodontic, Dental Practice.

Location - Raleigh, NC
Position - Treatment Coordinator
Schedule - Days, Monday - Friday

- Full-time 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Tasks
• Working with Patients Insurance and Benefits
• Embracing the sale of Dental Care
• Educate patients and explaining payment options
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with physicians on patient care

Qualifications

• Comfortable with Admin work and numbers
• Experience working in Dental care of for an Orthodontic Practice required!
• Comfortable explaining Financial Solutions
• Experience and understanding of Insurance and Benefits

*Perm Position!

*Quarterly Scrub and Medical Reimbursement
