Santa Monica LiveWell Dentistry is a modern, high-tech practice led by Dr. Khanideh and Dr. Pouyan. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a driven Treatment Coordinator to own the patient journey from treatment plan to scheduled appointment. This role has a real path to a senior or lead position, and we promote from within.
What you’ll do
- Present personalized treatment plans in a way patients understand and feel confident about
- Walk patients through costs, payment options, and insurance benefits
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment so care doesn’t fall through the cracks
- Work with our clinical team to keep schedules full and patients moving forward
- Build relationships that keep patients coming back and referring friends and family
What you bring
- [1+ years] of dental experience (front office, assisting, or treatment coordination)
- Comfort discussing fees and insurance, and explaining options without pressure
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
- Organization and follow-through
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft a plus
- Bilingual a plus
