Do you love helping patients say “yes” to the care they need? We’re a growing privately owned periodontal practice looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who can guide patients from diagnosis to treatment with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
What You’ll Do
- Present treatment plans and explain recommended periodontal care in terms patients understand
- Walk patients through costs, insurance benefits, and payment options
- Set up third-party financing and help patients find a plan that works for them
- Work with insurance companies to verify coverage and maximize benefits
- Follow up with patients who haven’t yet scheduled recommended treatment
- Keep accurate treatment and financial records
- Partner with our clinical team to make every patient’s experience seamless
What You Bring
- Confidence talking about money. You can have honest, caring conversations about treatment costs without making patients feel pressured.
- Solid dental insurance knowledge, including benefits, estimates, limitations, and how they affect out-of-pocket costs.
- A sharp eye for detail, because accuracy matters when coordinating complex treatment and financial arrangements.
- Initiative. You spot what needs doing and handle it without being asked.
- A genuine enjoyment of people and a team-first mindset.
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Preferred:
- 1+ year of dental administration experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Experience presenting third-party financing
- Radiology license
