Dental Treatment Coordinator | Covington, WA

$25–$30/hour | Full-Time

Covington Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join Dr. Northrup and our team.

We’re a busy, people-focused family dental practice that takes pride in providing high-quality dentistry while making patients feel comfortable, known, and cared for. We’re looking for someone who brings that same approach to the front office: friendly, organized, dependable, and confident helping patients navigate their care.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and create a great first impression

  • Manage scheduling, phones, check-in, and check-out

  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

  • Review treatment plans, estimates, and financial expectations

  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records

  • Help keep the schedule productive and the day running smoothly

  • Partner closely with Dr. Northrup and the clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous dental front office and treatment coordinator experience required

  • Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software

  • Comfortable with dental terminology, insurance, and treatment coordination

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a collaborative dental team
