Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our office is growing and looking to add an enthusiastic, patient centered Treatment Coordinator to our Columbus office! Located at 1013 Centre Brook Ct., Columbus, GA 31904.

Dr. Arnold has been providing dental care for the Columbus area for over 30 years. We always strive to provide our patients with the latest and most modern care with our state-of-the art technology and comfortable atmosphere. We pride ourselves on the high level of care that all of our patients receive.

The ideal Treatment Coordinator candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills.

Duties:

• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Treatment plan presentations
• Verifying insurance
• Answering phones
• Obtaining needed information
• Collecting payments

Requirements:

• Previous dental experience
• Insurance verification experience
• 2+ years of experience is preferred

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday 8:00 - 2:30pm
• No Weekends!

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience, starting at $18/hour
• Benefits available for full time
