Front Office Associate – First Point of Contact 

Pay: $26 - 28

What You’ll Do:  

• Schedule and coordinate periodontal surgical procedures (implants, grafts, crown lengthening, osseous surgery, etc.) in alignment with doctor availability, operatory/equipment needs, and patient treatment plans

• Serve as primary liaison between referring general dentists, patients, and the surgical team to confirm treatment plans and coordinate care

• Confirm appointments, send pre-op instructions, and follow up on post-op scheduling (suture removal, follow-up visits)

• Maintain and optimize the surgical schedule to minimize gaps, cancellations, and no-shows

• Coordinate with referring offices to ensure timely communication of treatment outcomes and next steps

• Manage recall/reactivation lists for patients needing periodontal maintenance or staged treatment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage a high-volume, detail-sensitive schedule

• Ability to multitask across referring doctor relationships, patient needs,

• Strong experience in surgery scheduling center/clinic/practice

   
What You Need:  

• Experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred  

• Comfortable with dental software and multitasking  

• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
