Dental Sterilizer/X-Ray Technician

Seeking a Dental Assistant who has a passion to help the community by providing dental services in a Denti-Cal based office that doesn't operate a clinical practice but as a private practice for Denti-Cal patients. This office also accepts other insurance, so it is a healthy mixture of insurance base patients.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Welcome patients in the dental office, Seating and Dismissing Patients for the day
  
• 
  
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
  
• 
  
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
  
• 
  
• Sterilize instruments according to state regulations
  
• 
  
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry - Occasionally
  
• 
  
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
  
• 
  
• Complete necessary radiographs on patients efficiently and quickly

• Keep the dental room is clean and well-stocked

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
  
• Dental Assistant Certification or at least 1 year minimum dental experience
  
• X-Ray License
