Klement Family Dental is growing and looking for Dental Sterilization Technicians to grow with us! Part-time and full-time positions are available!
As a Dental Sterilization Technician with Klement Family Dental, based on your skill level, you could earn $17.00-$18.00 in base pay while also earning additional incentives and bonuses. We also offer a very competitive benefits package!

Responsibilities:
Receive, clean, and inspect dental instruments
Remove debris and cement from instruments
Inspect instruments for damage, rust, corrosion, or malfunction
Clean and lubricate handpieces
Sharpen instruments as needed
Rinse, sort, package, and sterilize instruments
Properly load instruments into autoclaves
Maintain and care for sterilization equipment, including autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and handpiece cleaning and lubrication systems
Prepare trays with the correct instruments, disposable materials, and supplies for scheduled procedures
Assist with operatory turnover, disinfection, and room setup
Restock operatories, sterilization, hygiene, laboratory, and clinical support areas
Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and stocked
Monitor supply levels and pull inventory tags when items are running low
Put away and restock supplies
Promptly communicate shortages or missing instruments and supplies
Perform preventive maintenance on handpieces, autoclaves, evacuation systems, and suction traps
Keep clinical areas clean and organized
Take out trash daily and complete clinical laundry
Support the clinical team to help maintain efficient patient flow
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous dental sterilization or dental office experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures is a plus
Friendly and outgoing personality
Driven and growth-oriented
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
