About the Role

Are you an experienced Dental Removable Technician looking to step into a consultative, leadership-driven role? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Removable Technical Consultant to join our laboratory team in Tampa, FL.

This position combines deep bench-level expertise with high-level technical support. You will serve as the core technical expert for full and partial removable dentures, providing guidance on case design, troubleshooting fabrication, and delivering excellent technical support to clinicians and internal lab teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation: Interpret clinician prescriptions and provide expert technical consultation on full dentures, partials, and specialty removable appliances.

  • Appliance Design & Fabrication Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of step-by-step fabrication processes, including wire placement, band cementing, bracket installation, and component assembly.

  • Case Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Evaluate incoming case cases, identify potential design challenges, and ensure all removable restorations meet exact precision and aesthetic standards.

  • Clinical & Customer Support: Serve as a trusted technical liaison for dentists, orthodontists, and dental office staff to resolve complex case requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Lab Experience: Demonstrated background as a Dental Laboratory Removable Technician with extensive experience in full dentures and partials.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of dental removable materials, production workflows, and dental lab software systems.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer-facing and clinical communication skills.

  • Precision & Efficiency: High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative lab environment.
