Responsibilities: - Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience

- Manage patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims submission
- Collect and process patient payments and manage accounts receivable
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply ordering and vendor coordination
Requirements: - Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and coding procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
