Dental Receptionist
Location: Sola Kids Dental & Orthodontics, Los Angeles
Hours: 5 days per week, including Saturdays
Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturdays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a fun, outgoing, and bilingual Receptionist to be the first face our families see when they walk through our doors. In this role, you will greet patients warmly, answer phones, manage the schedule, and keep the front desk running smoothly. The right person genuinely enjoys connecting with parents and kids, brings positive energy every day, and takes pride in making every family feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do
- Greet families warmly at check-in and set a positive tone for their visit
- Answer incoming calls, book and confirm appointments, and keep the schedule full and organized
- Verify Denti-Cal and insurance eligibility and confirm benefits before visits
- Collect copays and balances at check-out and process payments accurately
- Update patient information, scan paperwork, and maintain accurate records in Open Dental
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient flow moving throughout the day
Qualifications
- Outgoing, warm, and energetic personality, this is the #1 requirement
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle a busy front desk
- Strong sense of teamwork and professionalism
- Experience in dental, front desk, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required, we train the right person
