    Dental Receptionist – Full-Time
    Fresno, California 

    A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established private dental practice in Fresno, California, to recruit an experienced, friendly, and dependable Dental Receptionist for a direct-hire opportunity.

    This people-oriented and team-focused practice has served the community for more than 20 years. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and comfortable supporting patients who may experience dental anxiety.

    Schedule

    • Monday through Thursday
    • 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
    • Full-time, direct-hire position

    Compensation

    • Up to $25 per hour, based on experience

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome patients and create a friendly, reassuring first impression
    • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions
    • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
    • Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
    • Accurately enter and maintain patient information
    • Present treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements
    • Collect payments and maintain accurate account records
    • Monitor the schedule and help keep the office running efficiently
    • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements


    Requirements

    • Previous dental front-office or dental receptionist experience preferred
    • Dentrix experience strongly preferred
    • Knowledge of PPO dental insurance and benefit verification
    • Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
    • Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments
    • Compassionate and patient when assisting individuals with dental anxiety
    • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
    • Ability to multitask in a busy dental environment
