About the Role:Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for a motivated and organized Dental Recall Manager to join our growing dental practice in Orange, NJ. This is a key patient-facing role where you'll help keep our schedule full, our patients healthy, and our practice thriving. Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the dental recall system to ensure patients are scheduled for routine hygiene and follow-up appointments
- Contact patients via phone, email, and text to confirm, reschedule, and book recall appointments
- Monitor and reduce patient attrition by proactively reaching out to overdue and lapsed patients
- Coordinate with front desk and hygiene team to optimize daily scheduling and minimize gaps
- Track recall metrics and generate reports to measure reactivation success rates
- Educate patients on the importance of preventive dental care and regular visits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the dental practice management software
Requirements:- Prior experience in a dental office or healthcare administrative role strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of patient outreach
- Knowledge of dental terminology, recall protocols, and preventive care procedures
- Bilingual skills a plus in our diverse community
