Experienced Dental Patient Coordinator

Full Time | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Per Week

We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator who understands that the front office drives both patient experience and production success.


This is not an entry-level position. Dental front office experience is preferred.


What You Will Own


• Managing a productive and organized schedule that supports daily production goals
 • Insurance verification and accurate benefit breakdowns
 • Presenting financial estimates and collecting payments confidently
 • Coordinating treatment scheduling efficiently
 • Maintaining recall and reactivation systems
 • Supporting smooth communication between patients and clinical team
 • Ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation


90 Day Success Expectations


By Day 30
• Confidently navigate Dentrix
• Complete insurance verifications independently
• Understand provider schedules and daily production targets
• Demonstrate professional and clear patient communication


By Day 60
• Manage scheduling with minimal supervision
• Present treatment estimates accurately
• Maintain recall system without errors
• Contribute to improved schedule efficiency


By Day 90
• Independently manage front office flow
• Support consistent daily production goals
• Reduce scheduling gaps and last minute cancellations
• Contribute positively to team culture and accountability


Success in this role means taking ownership, staying organized, and communicating proactively.

Qualifications


• Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
 • Dentrix proficiency required
 • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing
 • Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
 • Highly organized and detail oriented
 • Professional and team oriented mindset
