All Smiles Dental Group located near Powers and Bloomington is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team, full-time.

  • 1 or more years of dental front office experience

Schedule: Full-Time

  • Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
  • Friday 8am-2pm
  • 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month 8am-2pm

Compensation: $20-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
  • Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
  • Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
  • Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
  • Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
  • Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area

Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of dental front office experience
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
