About the Role:Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Practice Manager to lead our team in Orange, NJ. Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day dental office operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient experience
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment coordination for optimal productivity
- Supervise, train, and support front desk and administrative dental staff
- Handle billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable
- Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulatory standards
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and patient satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clinical staff and practice leadership
Requirements:- 2+ years of dental office management or senior dental administrative experience required
- Strong knowledge of dental billing, coding (CDT), and insurance coordination
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and dental office regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused with a professional demeanor
