We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Dental Office Manager to oversee daily front-office operations, lead our administrative team, and uphold an exceptional standard of patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Practice Operations: Oversee daily administrative and front-office workflows to ensure efficient scheduling, productive chair utilization, and smooth patient flow.Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and support front-desk staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positive patient engagement.Financial Coordination & Billing: Manage patient accounts, present comprehensive treatment plans and financial options, submit and track dental insurance claims, and oversee patient collections.Schedule Optimization: Coordinate provider schedules, manage patient recalls/reactivations, and minimize cancellations and no-shows.Patient Relations: Serve as the primary escalation point for patient inquiries, ensuring every patient receives transparent communication and top-tier service.Compliance & Office Administration: Maintain practice records in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards, while managing office supplies and administrative vendor relationships.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of dental front-office or dental office management experience.Solid understanding of dental terminology, PPO insurance billing, claims processing, and pre-authorizations.Proven track record presenting multi-phase treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements/third-party financing.Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency with standard dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar).Preferred:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.Experience managing a dental office with high-production specialty workflows (implants, full-mouth restorations, or sedation dentistry).Advanced experience with treatment presentation for high-ticket restorative/implant cases.Benefits & PerksCompetitive annual salary.Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.In-house dental care discounts / dental benefits.Continuing education and professional growth opportunities.Advanced Dental & Implant Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
