Our growing dental practice is seeking a dental office professional to move up to Office Manager. Your key duties to begin with will be front office management and treatment coordination. What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office
- Run the Front Office including, scheduling patients and staff
- Treatment Coordination
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
- Monitor office productivity, financial goals, and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the dentist to improve workflow and practice growth

Hours- 8 am- 5 pm, Monday- Friday, no weekends

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager in a dental practice
- Front Desk and Treatment Coordinator experience
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
