About the Role:
Restoration Dental in Southfield, MI is looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office team and keep our practice running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving the operational success of a thriving dental office.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
• Manage patient billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable
• Recruit, train, and supervise front desk and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies and procedures
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution to maintain high satisfaction
• Monitor and report on key practice metrics including collections, production, and scheduling efficiency
• Coordinate with clinical team to optimize patient scheduling and treatment plan presentations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of dental office management or senior dental front office experience required
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Carestack, or simiular)
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding (CDT), and claims processing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Patient-focused mindset with a professional and welcoming demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
