Description

Experienced Office Managers – Two NYC Locations

We are seeking two highly qualified, experienced Office Managers to lead large teams at two of our New York City locations.

These are two separate positions, each offering a different leadership opportunity. We are looking for strong, hands-on managers who can take ownership of their office, lead and develop their team, improve operations, and create an organized, accountable, high-performing environment.

While both positions require exceptional leadership and management skills, each office has different needs.

35th Street / 8th Avenue – Established, Busy Office

Our 35th Street location is a busy, established office with a large team. We are looking for an experienced leader who can step into an active environment and bring increased structure, organization, consistency, and accountability.

This position is ideal for a manager who excels at:

  • Leading and motivating a large team
  • Creating structure within a busy environment
  • Establishing clear expectations and accountability
  • Improving workflows and operational efficiency
  • Managing staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
  • Identifying problems and implementing practical solutions
  • Developing employees and strengthening team performance
  • Creating consistency in policies, procedures, and office standards
  • Maintaining an excellent patient experience while keeping a high-volume office running smoothly

We need a confident leader who is comfortable taking charge and has the experience and judgment to recognize what needs improvement and make it happen.

Hudson Street – Growing Office

Our downtown Hudson Street location presents a different opportunity. This office is focused on growing its patient base and developing the infrastructure necessary to support that growth.

We are looking for a manager who combines strong leadership abilities with a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at:

  • Building and developing a strong team
  • Supporting patient growth and retention
  • Developing processes, procedures, and internal controls
  • Creating systems that can accommodate increasing patient volume
  • Improving scheduling, workflow, and office efficiency
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Anticipating the operational needs of a growing office
  • Implementing new processes and ensuring they are followed
  • Working closely with leadership to achieve growth and operational goals

The right candidate will enjoy building, improving, and growing an operation, rather than simply maintaining an existing one.

Two Offices. Two Different Opportunities.

Are you the leader who thrives on bringing structure and accountability to a large, established operation?

Or are you the builder who enjoys growing an office, developing a team, and putting systems in place for the future?

We have an opportunity for both.

If you are an experienced manager who wants the opportunity to truly lead, improve an operation, and make an impact, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

For both positions, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Experience successfully managing and developing teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to establish expectations and hold staff accountable
  • A proactive, hands-on management style
  • Confidence making decisions and resolving problems
  • The ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • A strong understanding of office operations and the patient experience
  • Dental practice-management experience required
