    • Fluent in Spanish and English — REQUIRED

Most importantly: We are looking for a high-energy, accountable operator who can take charge of an office, lead a team, and get things done. If you are an exceptional manager who loves creating order, solving problems, and driving results, we want to meet you.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and workflow management
    • Manage billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable
    • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative dental office staff
    • Ensure a positive patient experience by resolving concerns and maintaining high service standards
    • Monitor key practice metrics and generate reports to support practice growth
